If the chart looks wrong

The wheel is calculated from the birth date, birth time, and birth place you give at checkout. The Ascendant and the houses move with the clock and the location; a wrong time or city is the usual reason a chart looks off.

Check the time (including whether it was daylight-saving) and the city or coordinates. A noon chart, used when the time is unknown, cannot place the Ascendant or houses with certainty.

If the details on the order are wrong, write to support. We can regenerate from the correct time and place when the refund policy allows a rewrite.
