Refund Policy

How refunds and rewrites work for digital astrology reports.

1. Digital goods

AstroVia reports are personalized digital content, produced on demand and delivered electronically. They cannot be returned in the same way as a physical product.

2. No statutory withdrawal right once generation starts

Under Article 16(m) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU, the 14-day withdrawal right does not apply to digital content supplied on a non-tangible medium once performance has begun, where you gave express consent to the immediate supply and acknowledged the loss of the withdrawal right. You give that consent when you place an order.

3. Voluntary satisfaction guarantee (free rewrite)

Although there is no statutory withdrawal right for a started digital order, AstroVia voluntarily offers one free rewrite, or a free re-run if your birth details were wrong (corrected details). Contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will regenerate the report at no charge.

If you are still not satisfied after that free rewrite or re-run, you can request a refund within 7 days of the most recent delivery of your analysis, including any rewritten or re-run version. Refunds are not automatic: we review every request and approve it. Section 4 still covers refunds for non-delivery or failure.

4. Refunds for non-delivery or failure

If a report is not delivered because of a technical failure on our side and cannot be regenerated, you are entitled to a full refund to the original payment method.

5. How to request a rewrite or refund

Email [email protected] with your order number and a short explanation. We aim to respond within 2 business days.

If you have an account, you can also request a refund from the order on your Orders page while the refund window is open — it reaches us the same way and is reviewed by a person.

6. Chargebacks and disputes

If you have an issue with an order, please contact us before initiating a chargeback so we can resolve it directly. Chargebacks in respect of orders that were delivered as described may be disputed.
