1. About the service

AstroVia is a paid web service that generates personalized astrology reports using an AI model. Reports are digital content delivered by email and available for download. These Terms govern the hosted service and the reports it produces.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or place an order. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

3. Orders and digital delivery

Reports are personalized digital content produced for you. By placing an order you request immediate delivery and acknowledge that generation of your report may begin right away.

Because the report is produced on demand for you, you expressly agree that you lose any statutory right of withdrawal once generation has begun, to the extent permitted by law (including Article 16(m) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU for digital content supplied on a non-tangible medium). This does not affect the voluntary satisfaction guarantee described in the Refund Policy.

4. Payment provider and merchant of record

Your purchase is made from our payment provider, which acts as the merchant of record and authorized reseller of the analyses. Our payment provider is the seller to you; AstroVia writes and delivers the analysis and answers questions about it.

Our payment provider processes your payment, issues your invoice, collects and remits any applicable VAT, and handles chargebacks under its own buyer terms. Those buyer terms apply to the payment, invoices, refunds and chargebacks for your order and take precedence over these Terms on those matters.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use AstroVia for any unlawful purpose, to resell reports as professional advice, or to attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or extract the service.

6. Intellectual property

AstroVia and the software that runs the store are proprietary. Reports generated for you are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use. The birth data you provide remains yours.

7. Disclaimers

Reports are AI-generated and are provided for entertainment and informational purposes only. They are not professional medical, psychological, financial, legal, or relationship advice. AstroVia makes no warranty that any report is accurate, complete, or fit for a particular purpose, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AstroVia is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service or reliance on a report.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Each version carries a version stamp; when the Terms change, you will be asked to accept the new version before placing a further order. Continued use of the service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bulgaria, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Bulgaria.

Nothing in this section deprives you, as a consumer, of the protection of the mandatory rules of the law of the country in which you reside, or of your right to bring proceedings in the courts of that country of residence (Article 6 of Regulation (EC) No 593/2008, Rome I; Article 18 of Regulation (EU) No 1215/2012, Brussels I bis).
